Just like our phones need to be charged in order to function, we all need to recharge our mind in order for us to be productive. So, feel free to take a mental health day and do whatever you enjoy doing (go hiking, clean the house, go for a walk on a beach, do gardening, watch a movie, etc.) or just relax.
